  3. The files in this directory were contributed by users of MH.  It's a
  4. place for scripts (shell, perl, etc.), format files, and other useful
  5. MH stuff contributed by users.

  7. Jerry Peek has graciously agreed to manage this area.  Please send
  8. contributions to jerry@ora.com or uunet!ora.com!jerry.  He writes:

  10.   I've agreed to accept contributions from people and put them into the
  11.   archive every month or so. To start, I'm going to try to do a little
  12.   filtering, to weed out stuff that MH can already handle.  For instance,
  13.   if someone sends a script that uses "grep" to find messages, and the MH
  14.   "pick" command can do the same thing, I'll probably send it back with
  15.   an explanation.  I won't be very picky, though.  I *won't* test
  16.   contributions thoroughly or "approve" them.  Send me contributions,
  17.   comments, flames, etc.  Thanks.

  19. So, these files have not necessarily been tested.  They are not
  20. supported and there is no guarantee that they'll do what you want.
  21. Please report bugs in the scripts directly to their authors, not
  22. to the MH bug reporting address.  Use at your own risk, etc.
